In 2004 a little pickle company was founded, making the tastiest pickled asparagus and green beans in the northwest. With encouragement from all who tasted and loved them, that company has grown into the brand that you know and love today.

In 2016 we got a face lift, same great taste, cleaner, brighter packaging.

Dillys now offers more than the original asparagus and green beans, with baby dills, pickled jalapenos, cauliflower, red onions and carrots rounding out the mix. With such a variety, we're sure to make a pickle everyone in your home will love. 

Jessica Norris is the founder of N&H Foods and has been owner of Dillys Pickled Veggies since 2016. As a woman owned small business, Dillys Pickled Veggies maintains Women Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) certification. In 2021 we achieved GFSI status with our first SQF Audit, and proudly maintain a safe food environment and food safety culture within our production facility.
